Bartender was nice and knowledgeable. I love the remodel from the past bar. Restrooms refit on the floor level are a major plus!!! Those stairs used to kill me and they were awful! The new restrooms are nice and clean. And somehow they got rid of that awful smell that used to be there. The bar was clean and professionally taken care of. As a career bartender I know things to look for that most people don't. I had a draft Shiner Bock and could tell the lines are regularly maintained. Awesome experience! People there were so friendly. I will definitely be back.
The bartender, Mary, provides some of the best service I've ever had at a bar. The prices are super affordable (ESPECIALLY for the area), the food (simple bar food) is great, and it's a really nice, chill atmosphere. Highly recommend for drinks and bar food. They even have Bombay Sapphire, which made me very happy!
i mainly got videos, up her more pictures next time. it was a chill bar with great music. they have pool, the bartenders are nice and drinks were dangerous.
Came in to watch some football (Go Cowboys!) and get some food. Ordered the Lucky's Big Boy burger and fries. The burger was fabulous. Very large, fresh and tasty! Highly recommend.
Great bar in the Heart of Downtown San Antonio. Nice place to escape the crowds of the Riverwalk and catch a game. The ambiance is great with the LED lights and the pool table in the back make it a great hang out spot. Mary and the entire staff are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Having frosty mugs at the bar is a huge plus. If I could give this bar more stars I would!
Love this bar! Mary is the best bartender there! She always takes good care of me and makes the best drinks in town! Last time I was there she made these super good Rumple Gecko drinks & me and my friends had a blast! The music was good but definitely going back for the awesome service! 10/10 would recommend! ...
Having a taste for wings as i walked in, but bieng challenged by a good menu for other savory options! Good music service and decor met my expectations. I ordered the cajun rub wings!!! FIRE!!! SO MUCH SO I SLID BACK LATER THAT NIGHT FOR MORE AND THE FRIED SHRIMP! BOTH A DELIGHT! the cook knows what he's doing!!!!!
Few things going great.... #1 Mary the bartender was on point, engaging and very service oriented. She had a decent crowd but did amazing serving everyone by herself. #2 bar looks great and is a major upgrade from the previous bar. If I may offer a small bit of advice from someone in Hospitality, that menu while appealing, you should narrow it down, I can imagine the time it takes to cook the food to order. Any other establishment easily 30minutes, but this is a bar people want the food quickly... 3rd time visitor and Mary truly made the difference for us to want to come back again.....#rockstar
